How do I stop my users from using a client integration we no longer want to use?

Applications can be disabled, blocking access to them without deleting them, or deleted from the Studio Prime account by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Studio Prime portal.
  2. Click Integrations. The Integrations page is opened to Active by default.
  3. Locate the desired application and hover over the Edit icon.
  4. To block the application from being used without deleting it, click Disable. The integration is moved to Disabled, from which it can be enabled again if needed.
  5. To delete the application entirely, click Delete.
