How do I stop my users from using a client integration we no longer want to use?
Applications can be disabled, blocking access to them without deleting them, or deleted from the Studio Prime account by doing the following:
- Log into the Studio Prime portal.
- Click Integrations. The Integrations page is opened to Active by default.
- Locate the desired application and hover over the Edit icon.
- To block the application from being used without deleting it, click Disable. The integration is moved to Disabled, from which it can be enabled again if needed.
- To delete the application entirely, click Delete.
